What is the process after requesting services from Blue Iris?
Once you contact Blue Iris, we’ll arrange an initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and NDIS plan. We’ll take time to understand what supports would work best for you and answer any questions you have about our services.
From there, we’ll work with you to either develop a support plan tailored to your unique circumstances, or connect you with services based on your current plan. We’ll discuss timelines, introduce you to potential support workers and ensure everything is in place before services begin.
How much do Blue Iris services cost and what NDIS funding do I need?
Blue Iris services are funded through your NDIS plan at standard NDIS rates. The specific funding you’ll need depends on the services you access.

Can Blue Iris help me transition from another provider?
Yes. We understand that changing providers can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to make the transition as smooth as possible. We’ll work with you to understand your current supports, discuss your goals and preferences, and create a transition plan that minimises disruption to your routine.
If you have a support coordinator, we’ll collaborate with them to ensure a seamless handover. If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
